3 cup water
1 tsp AROY-D red-curry paste
(or CHOYSCO tom-yum paste)
1 tbsp Better than Bullion (vegetable based)
1 small can (165 ML) coconut milk (AROY-D)
noodles (rice or wheat)
Some Vegetables, such as
- carrot
- radish
- corn frozen
- peas (fresh or frozen)
- okra (fresh or frozen)
- onion (fresh or frozen)
- garlic (fresh or freeze-dried)
- beet slice
- grape tomatoes
- red or orange pepper
- celery
- spinach
- collard greens
* Put 3 cups of water in large pot. * Mix in red-curry or tom yum paste * Mix in bullion paste * Add coconut milk * Add any frozen vegetables into pot * Add any chopped fresh vegetables * Bring to boil. * Add noodles and cook for time specified on package (typically 3 or 4 min)
