Dry Ingredients: 6. tsp freeze-dried onion .5 tsp coriander (powder) .5 tsp mustard seeds (or powder) .5 tsp sweet paprika (or kashmiri chili) .5 tsp ginger powder .25 tsp garlic powder .25 cumin powder .25 tsp turmeric .25 tsp salt .25 tsp cayenne powder (optional) .25 tsp amla powder (optional) pinch black pepper 1. cup poha (rice flakes) Wet Ingredients: 1. cup water Produce: Handful green peas and/or frozen corn (optional) Garnish 3. tsp lemon (or lime) juice .25 cup roasted peanuts Procedure: Before Hand: 1. Mix dry ingredients into a bowl and cover. To Use: 2. Bring water (and any frozen vegetables) to FULL BOIL, then stir into to poha mix. 3. Cover bowl and let it sit 4 minutes. 4. Add juice (and optional peanuts) as garnish. 5. Eat while still warm.
